Terms and Conditions of Use
Important: Read this agreement before using the software.
1. Acceptance and EULA Agreement
The use of the "EasyWList" software is conditioned upon the acceptance of two agreements:
- These Terms and Conditions published on the website.
- The End User License Agreement (EULA) that appears via a pop-up window when running the software for the first time.
The user acknowledges that the software has a technical verification mechanism (configuration file). It is prohibited to alter, delete, or modify the software configuration files in order to circumvent the acceptance of these conditions. If the user withdraws their acceptance (by deleting the configuration), they must accept it again to continue using the tool.
2. Disclaimer (Bans)
The user acknowledges that the use of automation tools may contravene the Terms of Service of third-party platforms (Vinted, Wallapop, etc.).
The Provider (Gabriel González Cortegoso) IS NOT responsible for:
- Temporary or permanent bans of user accounts.
- Removal of listings by the platforms.
- Loss of information on such platforms.
The user uses EasyWList under their sole and exclusive responsibility and agrees to make moderate use of the tool.
3. Data Ownership
According to the software's EULA, the user declares to be the legitimate owner of the intellectual property rights of the images and texts processed with the tool. EasyWList is merely a technical portability instrument and does not claim ownership over the user's inventory.
4. Relationship with Third Parties
EasyWList is an independent tool. It has NO affiliation, sponsorship, or commercial agreement with Vinted, UAB nor with Wallapop, SL. Brands are cited solely for compatibility descriptive purposes.
5. License of Use
A personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license is granted. Reselling, renting, sublicensing, or reverse engineering (decompiling the code) the software is prohibited.
6. Warranty and Availability
The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. Being in Beta phase, it may contain errors. We do not guarantee that the software will function uninterruptedly if third-party platforms change their web code.
7. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Spanish legislation and the courts of the Provider's domicile.
