1. Data Controller

2. What data we collect and where

EasyWList operates under a Privacy by Design architecture:

  • Inventory Data (Local): The software stores all your product information, photos, and descriptions locally on your computer (via SQLite database). We DO NOT have access to your inventory, passwords, or private messages.
  • Download Data (Gumroad): When downloading the software, you use the Gumroad platform. This provides us with your email address.
  • Web Analytics: The site uses Google Analytics anonymously for visit statistics.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your email for the following legitimate purposes:

  1. Service Management: To send you the download link and the unique product activation key.
  2. MVP Validation and Improvement: As the software is in Beta phase, we will use your contact to send you satisfaction surveys, feedback requests, and questions about your user experience. Your opinion is vital to validate and improve the tool.
  3. Support and Security: To notify you about critical security patches or bug fixes.
  4. News: To inform you about future versions or features.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except for legal obligations or necessary technical providers:

  • Gumroad, Inc: Platform for distribution and license management.
  • Hosting/Cloudflare: Web infrastructure providers.

5. Your Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and opposition at any time by sending an email to easywlist.soporte@gmail.com.
